Crawl Space Water Removal in Katy, TX

Most homes built in Katy over the past few decades sit on a concrete slab, so true crawl spaces are relatively uncommon compared to other parts of Texas. Where we do find them, it's typically in older homes near the historic parts of Katy or in select pier-and-beam properties in surrounding rural areas toward Fulshear and Richmond, where the home is elevated above grade on piers with an open or semi-enclosed space underneath housing plumbing lines, HVAC ductwork, and the underside of the floor joists.
